I am a strong believer that everyone should be able to have a life of music. That's why I became a teacher. Whether you're a just a beginner or an advanced student needing guidance, let's explore music together!
I offer only private lessons, believing the one-on-one relationship gives the student the ability to progress at their own speed, giving the student my total focus. Whatever your level of study has been, we can start at that point and make the sky the limit!
Nancy maintains a private studio teaching piano of all levels, beginning cello, and beginning violin.
She also enjoys performing as accompanist for instrumentalists and vocalists in addition to working with local middle school and high school music programs.
In addition to her private studio, Nancy is the President and Personnel Manager of the Dover Symphony Orchestra. She performs with the orchestra primarily on cello but has also appeared as piano soloist with the DSO and other local ensembles.
Nancy is the founding member of Del Segno (on cello & piano), a chamber music ensemble, and is founding Chair of the Central Delaware Arts Coalition uniting the variety of Arts present in Kent County and surrounding areas.
